Planning, Design & Full Execution
Best for couples who want a planner to take on both the planning AND the creative execution, including signage and visual details.
This is where I step in more fully, not only helping plan your wedding, but also bringing your vision to life through design, printing, and physical setup elements.
What I provide:
Everything in Tier 1
Custom design support for signage and wedding details
Creation and production of printed materials
Assembly and preparation of design elements
Hands-on execution of both planning AND visual components
Additional support to ensure your wedding feels cohesive and fully brought together

👑 TIER 3 — $8,500
Full-Service Planning, Design & Complete Management
Best for couples who want a fully hands-off experience, where every aspect of planning, design, and execution is handled.
At this level, I take full ownership, from planning logistics to design details to final execution.

Everything in Tier 1 & Tier 2
Full vendor management from start to finish
Complete planning execution and oversight
Full design direction and cohesion across all elements
Management of all logistics and moving parts
Seamless execution of your wedding from start to finish

🎯 DAY-OF COORDINATION

Wedding Day Management & Timeline Execution
Best for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to step in and ensure everything runs smoothly.
I take over on the day so you, your family, and your friends can fully enjoy the moment.
What I provide:
Final timeline review and adjustments
Vendor coordination and communication on the wedding day
Management of event flow and key moments
Point of contact for all vendors
Problem-solving and on-the-spot coordination

First Dance Choreography
$300.00
Includes 4 dance practices and up to a 3 minute dance
Additional Meetings
$75/hr
Planning meetings are once a month. If you need additional this is the add on

$50/hr of practice
Each dance includes 1 teaching session. Additional practices charged per hour
Seating Chart
$150 + Cost of Materials if needed

If you have a main event you already booked me for, this is for additional events. Such as cultural events (Tea ceremonies, church weddings, blessing ceremonies, etc)
