About Us

At Bay Luxe Events, we believe wedding planning should feel exciting, personal, and joyful! Not overwhelming.

Hi! I’m Bianca and this is my husband Eric. This was us on our wedding day which I put together all on my own. Bay Luxe Events was created from real, hands-on experience planning meaningful celebrations. After successfully planning my own wedding and helping family members and friends organize their special days, I discovered how much I loved bringing all the details together to create unforgettable moments. From coordinating logistics to designing meaningful touches, I realized that thoughtful planning can make a huge difference in how couples experience their wedding day.

Through that experience, I learned what couples truly need during the planning process: organization, creativity, and someone they trust to guide them through every step and be moral support.

In addition to event planning, I designed all the signage and I’ve also choreographed many first dances for couples and their families. Whether it’s a romantic first dance or a fun hip-hop dance, I love helping couples create moments that feel personal, memorable, and fun.

My goal with Bay Luxe Events is to make wedding planning feel like you’re working with a knowledgeable friend. Someone who listens, supports your vision, and helps turn your ideas into a seamless celebration.

Based in the Bay Area, Bay Luxe Events specializes in thoughtful planning, personalized details, and making sure couples can truly enjoy their big day.

Tier 1- Essential Planning

$2,500.00

Best for couples who want a planner who actively steps in and takes on the planning work, not just provides guidance.

Unlike traditional planners, I don’t leave you to execute everything yourself. I help carry the workload and ensure your plans are actually put into motion.

Perfect if you want hands-on support and someone actively helping you execute your plans.

Tier 2- Enhanced Planning

$5,500.00

Best for couples who want a planner to take on both the planning AND the creative execution, including signage and visual details.

This is where I step in more fully, not only helping plan your wedding, but also bringing your vision to life through design, printing, and physical setup elements.

Perfect if you want both planning support AND someone to handle the creative + physical execution for you.

Tier 3- Full Planning and Coordination

$8,500.00

Best for couples who want a fully hands-off experience, where every aspect of planning, design, and execution is handled.

At this level, I take full ownership, from planning logistics to design details to final execution.

Perfect if you want everything handled for you so you can fully enjoy the experience.

Day of Coordination Only

$800-$1,500 Depending on needs.

Best for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to step in and ensure everything runs smoothly.

I take over on the day so you, your family, and your friends can fully enjoy the moment.

Perfect if you want peace of mind knowing everything will be handled on your wedding day.
